At the moment the only available shipment method for cassettes & cds is registered letter, in case of any special requirements please contact us -> > retrospectrumcollective@hotmail.com
We are packaging all goods in lots of bubbles + cardboard box + bubble envelope to make our cassettes and Cds indestructable during shipment.
However In case of lost packages, or any damages of the content, please note that any reimbursements can take place only based on the postal service investigation based on written complaints (as we are using registered postal services with insurance). The investigation lasts 30 days for local services and up to 3 months for foreign postal services. We are packaging the goods with special care to avoid any damages of content, however if shit happens the postal service investigation is necessary to get back the money.
The national post declares the following delivery time for registered priority letter: 3 working days for Europe and 5 working days for rest of the World, however please note that according to global postal conventions & laws these declarations are not binding, in most cases they are fullfilled, but it can happen that the delivery time outside Europe will be extended to 2 weeks of even month (for Canada and US even more than a month). In those cases we are not responsible for such delays, we can provide shipment evidence per request and offer our help in identifying the letter. Please have it in mind when you are ordering stuff from US / Canada.
